Al-Butana University was established in 2008, and its faculties have multiplied within the city of Rufa'a and beyond. Among these faculties is the Faculty of Graduate Studies and Scientific Research, which has benefited from the experiences of predecessors to develop a vision linked to the needs of society and directed towards the training and qualification of cadres across various branches of knowledge at the postgraduate level. The faculty has taken care to facilitate procedures and value the genuine contribution of scientific research.

As we present our book to you, we urge researchers and those interested in particular to spare no effort in offering their advice and guidance regarding any observations that may become apparent. .

 The college has embarked with a steady pace on achieving its objective, and as it presents the details of postgraduate studies, it hopes that you will find among them what suits you and leads you to the postgraduate diploma, Master's degree, or Doctorate. By doing so, we aim for the university to become a candle illuminating the path for the wider society, achieving through its results a better life for all, and due to the university's connection with society, it offers its programmes to seekers of knowledge both inside and outside Sudan.
